Questions regarding Shipping, Payments, Orders, Returns and Refunds
Shipping with in Canada.
Due to the nature of our products you will need to be 19 years of age or older and provide proof of age upon delivery. Please pay special attention to this as this is a Health Canada and Canada Post requirement. If no one is home at the time the package will be taken to your local post office for you to pick up with your ID. Only the person whose name is on the package can sign for it.
If you place an order and are unable to produce a valid piece of ID, we are in no way responsible, and unable to give refunds.
We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel and Express Post, rate is calculated by your postal code and the distance you are from the west coast of Canada.
Canada Post Regular Parcel is offered at a flat rate of 15 Dollars for any parcel.
Expedited and Express Post are base on your postal code and you distance away from Victoria BC.
Rates are based on the fact that we are on the west coast and Canada is a very large country, it's impossible to offer the same rates to everywhere.
Special note, quoted shipping times are calculated to major centres and based on average time.
For Northern Regions and Remote Centres shipping times can take longer than quoted.
Please note that all free shipping promotional codes will only apply to Standard Shipping. All Xpresspost orders using promotional free shipping, will be sent Expedited Parcel.

If your order is entirely consisting of one of (Above Mentioned) products, you order will be Canceled and you will be Emailed stating, we cannot Ship (Above Mentioned) outside of Canada.If only some Items are in your order (Above Mentioned), we will email you the customer and tell you we cannot ship the (Above Mentioned) outside of Canada and will refund those items and ask if you would like to continue with the order of the rest of you items.

Processing can take a day and sometimes up to a week depending on number of orders and current stock supply. Some items require extra shipping time but will say so in the product description
Shipping can take a day and up to two weeks depending on your location. The farther you are from the west coast of Canada the longer it will take. Canada Post does not deliver on weekends. Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number. This number will give you up to date information on your package and the anticipated delivery date.
Please note BC Smoke Shop is not responsible for late deliveries due to Canada Post error.

Did you forget to pick up your parcel or accidentally send it to the wrong address?
Once the package returns to our facility you will have the option to get a refund, minus shipping fees associated with its return back to our store, or to get it re-mailed back to you. Please contact the store to start the reshipment process. You will have to cover return shipping costs plus the cost to ship it again to you. Once paid, we will reship the parcel for a second time.
All Packages are shipped fully insured. A replacement or refund will be sent to you if anything was to happen to your package.
For all issues with your order you will need to contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
It can take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to activate as it only becomes active once Canada Post picks up your parcel. Canada Post does not work weekends or holidays but our shipping team does. If you have received your tracking number on the weekend please wait until monday evening PST for it to activate. If it still doesn't work please contact us and we can verify your tracking number.
You will be sent a second email with a tracking number the day the shipment packaged and sent. Go to www.canadapost.ca and use that number to track your package. If you don't receive tracking or shipping confirmations, please check your junk mail folder.

For Credit Card Gift Cards, please register the cards with your name to prevent the need for you to provide us with proof of residence as well ownership of card.

Yes, as long as your order has not shipped we can cancel your order. Please contact us right away as we try our best to ship same day. We are unable to cancel orders once they leave the store. Please check into the returns section for more information on that.
* Please note that if you paid E-transfer, a $5.00 service fee will be deducted to cover our E-transfer costs.
We will happily accept returns in original condition within 21 days of purchase. (Unused, unopened, and unaltered). We do not provide return labels for returns unless the return is due to an error on our part. Abandoned parcels are not sent to the Returns Department automatically. If you have abandoned or refused a parcel, please contact us within 10 business days so we can ensure it gets sent back to us.
If we have shipped the wrong product or if the product has arrived damaged, we will send you a replacement item. Please notify us with in 72 hours of receiving your order and email us pictures of both the shipping box (if damaged) as well the item in error.
Discounted and Sale Items are not eligible for return.
* Please be advised that the pictures on the website and the actual product may vary as all our glass products are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces. Photographing glass is very difficult and pictures may appear different than actual product. Colours also may change slightly over time. Clothing sizing not guaranteed to fit and there for are not eligible for refund. If you have any questions prior to ordering, please contact us via our contact form and we will be happy to answer all your questions.
Please make sure the products are properly packaged so they are not damaged upon return.
Your credit card will be refunded after the product arrives back and has been inspected. 20% Restocking fee will apply to all returns.
When issuing a refund, we will send you an email notification. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method. Once a refund is requested, and the order has arrived at our store it will be processed within 7 business days. Refund processing times depend on your credit cards’ processing times. For exact processing times, please contact your credit card company. For refunds paid with Interac E transfer, the customer will be responsible for covering our transaction fee, unless the refund is due to an error on our part. If you are waiting on a refund via E-transfer, it can take up to 5 business days as we need to put the request through to our accountant.
Shipping fees are a service provided by Canada Post, therefore are not refundable. This applies to return shipping fees occurred if a parcel is abandoned or refused. We do not provide return labels for returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.
