Refund policy

If you wish to return items and receive a refund, please contact us directly.  We will happily accept returns in original condition within 21 days of purchase. (Unused, unopened, and unaltered). 

When issuing a refund, we will send you an email notification. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method.  Once a return is approved, and the order has arrived at our store it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refund processing times depend on your credit cards’ processing times. For exact processing times, please contact your credit card company.  For refunds paid with Interac E transfer, the customer will be responsible for covering our transaction fee, unless the refund is due to an error on our part. If you are waiting on a refund via E-transfer, it can take up to 5 business days as we need to put the request through to our accountant. 

Shipping fees are a service provided by Canada Post, therefore are not refundable.  This applies to return shipping fees occurred if a parcel is abandoned or refused.  Canada Post charges us to ship abandoned parcels back, so those fees will be deducted off the refund.  We do not provide return labels for returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.   If you wish to return your order, please email us with preference of store credit or refund, and ship your order back to us at

Abandoned parcels are not sent to the Returns Department automatically.   If you have abandoned or refused a parcel, please contact us within 10 business days so we can ensure it gets sent back to us.

Sezzle is a payment solution that gives you the ability to purchase items and pay them of in instalments interest free.  Refund will be sent back to your Sezzle account.
